Myself, David Massey and Francisco Correa as CarmenCo are touring our show Creating Carmen in the West Country, organised by Concerts in the West
Creating Carmen is more than a concert. It occupies the borders between a play and a concert. It is a fully staged show for three musicians and two actors. The central character is Prosper Merimée, writer of the novella on which Bizet’s Carmen was based.

This will be live streamed from us in Bristol to you in your own homes. All the fantastic music and storyline of our CarmenCo show. We’re going to give you a concert PLUS – ie not a poor imitation of a live concert but MORE than you would get from a live concert. Expect perfect sound quality, perhaps some different locations, some tech wizardry and of course our usual extremely high standard of performance. We’re hard at work planning how this will be done now. Please don’t miss this one.
